Nelson Mandela: The Unconquerable Soul by Lewis Helfand Review

I had already watched almost five films about Nelson Mandela’s life, but never had I read a book on the topic.61cske22m6l-_sy344_bo1204203200_

This was a fantastic graphic novel that provides a summary of Nelson Mandela’s life and his great contributions to fighting apartheid in South Africa. He was a strong man who fought for equality and I feel this graphic novel did the story justice and represented it stunningly.

It starts with his life as a child and ends with him being the president of South Africa. I didn’t love it but I got to know a lot that I didn’t know yet.

Gave it 4 out of 5 stars on Goodreads.

Keep on reading.
